Biography
Martin Elff is Professor at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen, Germany. He is a political scientist with research interests in political behaviour, comparative politics, and political methodology. His research appeared in various journals including the British Journal of Political Science, European Journal of Political Research and Political Analysis. He has been using R for his research since 2001. He has published several R packages on the ‘Comprehensive R Archive Network’ (http://cran.r-project.org), on Github (http://melff.github.io) and, and R Universe (https://melff.r-universe.dev/) as well as a book on Data Management with R: A Guide for Social Scientists with SAGE. Since 2006 he has been an instructor at the Essex Summer School.
